Returns and Exchanges

When you purchase a PearTree Painted clock or painting or a piece of jewelry, you receive lovingly painted work of art. I've made sure to include very clear photos of each item. I stand behind each piece, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow these return instructions:  

• Item must returned within 30 days of purchase. 

• Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are at the cost of the customer. For your protection, it is recommended that you insure your return shipment and get a tracking number.

• Your returned items are your responsibility up until the items are received.

• Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 30% at the sole discretion PearTree Painted.

• Merchandise returned must be unworn, unaltered, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Any merchandise returned PearTree Painted in poor condition will not be accepted.

• All merchandise must be returned in its original box in its original condition, without postal labels. Mailing envelope, just like you received it.

• Refunds will be made via the original method of payment
